Purpose of Coaching & Mentoring Services<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The purpose of coaching services is to assist you in improving your emotional and mental well-being. The coaching and mentoring process involves exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. The coaches will work collaboratively with you to help you identify and achieve your coaching and mentoring goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rescheduling and Cancellation policy<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions must be done 24 hours before the allocated session by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Excessive missing of appointments will result in a re-evaluation of our contract and your continuation in coaching. The coache reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship in the event that two (2) consecutive appointments are missed without notification of cancelation. Please note that consistency in coaching and mentoring, and attending each session will provide you with the optimum potential to benefit from your coaching and mentoring experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I acknowledge that the contract of service is between myself and my chosen coach and any payments made through such manner as may be notified by Morphos Family.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

All information that you share with your coach will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your written consent, except as required by law. There are certain circumstances under which your coach may be required to breach confidentiality. These include:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • If you pose a serious threat of harm to yourself or others<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If ordered by a court of law<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If you are a minor under the custody of a legal guardian<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Your coach may keep written or electronic records related to your coaching, which will be kept confidential. However, in the interest of quality assurance and supervision, your coach or Morphos Family may access these records without your consent.
